Jonathan Scher

Jonathan Scher is a management consultant with a keen interest in creating customer-oriented work environments and enhancing the effectiveness of individuals and organizations.

He is actively involved in the Agile community, serving as a board member for Agile Tour worldwide and as the organizer of the Agile France Conference. Additionally, he is the founder of ImpactNPO, an organization dedicated to making a positive impact.

Jonathan holds a Master's degree in Algorithm and Programming from Université Pierre et Marie Curie (Paris VI), where he achieved an A+ grade for his academic performance.

His professional journey includes roles such as Agile Coach at Groupe Renault, Ritmx, Ippon Technologies, and Fraedom. He has also served as an Agile Consultant at Assurity Consulting Ltd and OCTO Technology. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as an IT Consultant and Java Developer at various organizations, including Eulidia and Euriware. His early career involved roles as a Coach XP at Université Paris 6 and as a Startuper and Software Developer at Oxado.
