Michael Palazzo

Michael Palazzo is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in operations, communications, and military services. He has a diverse educational background, having studied Policy Studies at the University of Washington, Law, Economics & Public Policy (LEPP) with a Minor in Human Rights at the same university, and Political Science and Government at Everett Community College. He has also completed graduate-level radio analog and digital communications training and has passed the Defense Language Proficiency Test in Italian.

Palazzo's experience includes being an Area Manager II in Operations at Amazon, a Juvenile Rehabilitation Counselor Assistant at the WA Department of Children, Youth, and Families, a Care Driver at HopSkipDrive, a Fraud Prevention & Payment Specialist (bilingual Italian & English) at Apple, a Communication Specialist, Communication Relay Team Leader and Radio Communications Specialist in the US Army, an Italian-English Interpreter/Translator at VerbalizeIt, and a Contract Operational Security Specialist in the United States Air Force.
