David Hrdlicka is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in business and 12 years in construction. He is an accomplished architect with a Bachelor's degree from the renowned University of Kansas School of Architecture & Urban Design and is a licensed practitioner since 1992. David is also a Columbia Business School alumni, having completed his MBA from the institution. With his creative approach and technical acumen, David has completed numerous projects, always putting his client's needs first, delivering high-quality solutions at an affordable budget. He is particularly experienced in providing practical and creative solutions for construction projects, managing them with great care and ensuring maximum returns on investment.

David has held several senior leadership positions throughout his professional career. He is currently the President of The Shaffer Company LLC and was previously the President, Design-Builder at Ryant Renovation LLC.
