Hsuan-hua Chang is a seasoned technical product and program manager with a passion for leadership development and coaching. With an extensive background in enterprise technology, leadership, and career development, Chang combines her unique perspectives to solve business problems with technology. She holds an MBA in Leadership from the University of Washington, a Leadership Coaching Certification Program from Georgetown University, and an MS in Computer Science from California State University-Northridge, among other accolades.

Chang is the President of Coach Seattle Inc., where she coaches and develops business leaders to create meaningful change in their organizations. She has held multiple positions at AT&T, including Senior Program Manager, Marketing Manager, and Technical Architect, to name a few. Additionally, Chang is a published author of "EverydayNFC Third Edition: Near Field Communication Explained," which explores the applications and potential of NFC technology.

Chang is also involved in various organizations, including serving on the Forbes Coaches Council, as the Seattle Network Director for WITI (Women in Technology International), and as a former consultant at Insight Global and Radiant Systems Inc. Her areas of expertise include technical product management, near field communication (NFC), IoT, and career and leadership development.
