Kim Lear

Kim Lear is a researcher, writer and corporate speaker with a strong focus on identifying and understanding the trends that impact the bottom line of organizations. Lear received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Journalism from The University of Kansas and studied social media certification at the University of San Francisco. Afterward, she founded Inlay Insights, a generational research and public speaking company that partners with top universities and the best companies in the world to reveal holistic and actionable perspectives on the new world of work and consumer needs. Before Inlay Insights, Kim Lear was the Director of Content at BridgeWorks: The Generations People. Lear's work has been featured on various national publications such as The Wall Street Journal, The Huffington Post, USA Today, and on NPR.
