Dima Boulad

Dima Boulad is a highly skilled professional with a diverse educational background and extensive work experience in various design and innovation-related roles.

She holds a Masters degree in multimedia and Project Management with a specialization in Multimedia from I.E.S.A and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the American University of Beirut.

Currently, Dima serves as the Innovation Design Manager at EY, bringing her expertise in design research and social service design to the role.

Prior to her current position, she worked as an Independent Design Researcher, focusing on social and service design through her website www.dimaboulad.com.

Dima has also contributed her knowledge and skills as an Adjunct Professor at Temple University and as a Former Community Fellow at OpenIDEO.

She has further enriched her experience by working as a Service Design Consultant at Uscreates and as a Leading-Edge Community Member at Sense Worldwide.

Dima has been an Ambassador at AIGA Middle East and a Workshop participant and Design Researcher at Desmeem, concentrating on designing for change.
