Kevin Crosby is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in venture capital, entrepreneurship, and artificial intelligence. With a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Kevin has worked with pre-seed/seed-stage companies, where he has held a range of roles, including product/business development, strategy/finance, and mentorship. These experiences shaped his deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, e-commerce, mobile, social, and SaaS platforms. Kevin is currently leading the venture capital unit of Carta, where he focuses on supporting startups dedicated to platforms, marketplaces, and network businesses. At Carta, Kevin is mentoring young entrepreneurs and leveraging his expertise to help them build and scale sustainable businesses. He has also been a mentor at Techstars, Advisor at Berkeley SkyDeck, and Instructor at General Assembly. Kevin's leadership experience, coupled with his technical product/program management and software engineering skills, make him an asset to the business community.
