Donna Papacosta is an accomplished communication specialist, consultant, and educator with a diverse professional background. She is the Principal at Trafalgar Communications and works diligently to help people communicate better through various mediums. Donna is an expert in producing podcasts and consulting with businesses interested in launching a podcast. She has taught Digital Communications Strategy and Social Media Foundations courses at the University of Toronto, as well as Audio Journalism at Sheridan College in Oakville. As a former host of the Trafcom News Podcast, Donna has an extensive broadcast journalism background. Moreover, she is the ex-chair of Professional Independent Communicators (PIC), a special interest group within IABC/Toronto. Donna holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Iona College, a Certificate in Magazine Journalism from Ryerson University, and a Master's in Public Administration (International) from New York University.
