Guido LaPorta is a highly accomplished professional, known for his impressive track record in leadership consulting and executive search. Guido started his career in Orthopedic Medical Device Sales after earning a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government from the University of Scranton. He then pursued his Juris Doctor at Duquesne University School of Law. Guido later served as In House Counsel at the Housing & Redevelopment Insurance Exchange (HARIE) and Excalibur Insurance, working with the HARIE Board of Directors to provide reliable insurance coverage for over 450 governmental entities throughout the State of PA. In addition, Guido has been an instrumental member of the Chicago Advisory Board for the non-profit organization Back on My Feet (BOMF), which combats homelessness through the power of running, community support, and essential employment services. Currently serving as a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles, Guido continues to leverage his diverse and impressive expertise to secure superior results in the industry.
