Laurie Halloran is the President & CEO of Halloran Consulting Group (HCG), a company she founded in 1998, with a vision of providing expertise in Life Science: Product, Process, and People.

She specializes in assisting early stage biotechnology companies in navigating regulatory and operational challenges, believing that every company, regardless of size or financial situation, deserves access to best practices in the life science field.

Laurie is recognized as an industry expert in enhancing organizational effectiveness and offers a range of services from regulatory and organizational growth strategies for startups to managing product development challenges for global life science companies.

She holds advisory board positions at Boston University's School of Public Health, Lesley University Alumni Advisory Board, Merck/EMD Serono's Precision Medicine, and serves on the New England Women in Science Executive's Board of Directors.

Throughout her career, Laurie has received several accolades including being named a 2018 WBENC Star, receiving a 2017 Enterprising Women of the Year Award, being honored as a Woman of Influence by the Boston Business Journal in 2015, and having her company ranked in the INC 500 fastest growing companies.

Her educational background includes studying at Boston University School Of Medicine, pursuing a Master of Science in Management at Lesley University, and obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Russell Sage College.

Laurie also shares her knowledge through lectures at BU Medical School and the Tufts Center for Drug Development Post-Graduate program and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
