Njideka Harry is a renowned business leader with over 18 years of diverse international experience in the private sector, social impact, and nonprofit edtech sector. Her expertise lies in business development, program design, and “Future of Work” research. She is a strong advocate for empowering communities through education and workforce development, reskilling and upskilling individuals and employers to meet the demands of the growing digital economy, and supporting underrepresented technology entrepreneurs and startups. Njideka began her career in corporate finance and strategy roles at top firms, including General Electric and Microsoft, where she discovered the power of technology to solve many of the world's problems. She serves on the Kellogg Advisory Council of Northwestern University/Kellogg School of Management, the Advisory Board of the Alliance for Affordable Internet (A4AI), and is an expert contributor, Education and Prosperity, at the Legatum Institute in the U.K. Njideka's specialties include management consulting, corporate social responsibility, gender equity, diversity in tech, nonprofit organizational management, program management, and leadership.
