Laura Manca

Laura Manca is an individual with a diverse background in yoga, jiu-jitsu, sustainability, and holistic wellbeing. She is the co-founder and director of the Jiu Jitsu academy Roger Gracie Amsterdam, where she has combined her passions with her profession. Laura is also a Breath Coach and a Yoga Teacher, showcasing her expertise in these areas. She holds a Master's Degree in Neuroscience from Universität Bremen and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Università degli Studi di Cagliari. Her educational journey has equipped her with a solid foundation in both scientific and holistic disciplines.
