Hare Krishna

Hare Krishna is a skilled Quality and Reliability Engineer who currently works at Samsung Austin Semiconductor. In this role, she leads the Q&R NPI team, ensuring that no quality issues arise for any NPI product. She is also responsible for excursion material containment, root cause findings, and escalating product risk issues atSamsung.

Hare Krishna's past experience includes working for Intel Corporation in Oregon for seven years as a Process TD Engineer. At Intel, she specialized in Plasma Etch Processing and was responsible for isotropic/anisotropic plasma etching, recipe optimization, and deep understanding of plasma physics, gas and energy transport phenomena, atomic/molecular level surface reactions, microwave and RF based plasma systems. She also has expertise in Statistical Analysis, Design of Experiments (DOEs), Automated Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) systems.

She has studied at prestigious institutions like Washington University in St. Louis, where she pursued her Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Physics, and Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Materials Science. Hare Krishna has a sound knowledge of vacuum systems and physical vapor deposition (PVD) techniques, and a variety of characterization techniques including SEM, AFM, MFM, TEM, Surface Magneto Optic Kerr Effect (SMOKE), XRD, and Optical Spectroscopy.
