Courtney Carlsson is a multicultural founder, CEO, and coach with extensive experience in sales and business development in the fashion industry and technology startups. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy and Philosophy from Georgetown University and then went on to complete her MBA at London Business School. Carlsson is half Swedish, half Filipina, and has lived in multiple countries, giving her a unique perspective on the world. Her interest in life coaching led her to acquire an ACSTH & CCE Accredited Certification in Transformational Life Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching.

Carlsson founded Paradym, an end-to-end emotional wellbeing ecosystem rooted in science, with the aim of providing holistic care for individuals to achieve fulfillment and success in their lives. Paradym offers an app, community, and workshops with experts in the field of mental health. Her belief in self-awareness and mental resilience as ultimate superpowers and great equalizers led her to offer free coaching sessions to individuals negatively affected by the pandemic. Carlsson is a doggy mama to her beloved four-year-old black lab, Odin.
