A multi-faceted role that coordinates with city departments, the design team, clients, field workers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure schedules are met and within budget. Participated in takeoffs and the bid process, handling sensitive and confidential information, review construction and design documents for accuracy and relevance. Kept up to date and researched new methods and technologies in the sustainable design industry.Highlights:•	Managed 4 simultaneous, multi-phased construction projects, ranging from $200,000 to $4 million, from concept to completion in 2009-2010.•	Managed multimillion dollar project originally slated to not meet any green standards and reevaluated the project’s goals, designs and specs to meet LEED certified requirements.•	Improved the bid process and significantly reduced overhead costs by implementing and using an online Construction database.•	Saved multiple clients upwards of $20,000 each in PG&E rebates and reduced monthly lighting bill costs with high efficient lighting upgrades.•	Conducted over 15 Green feasibility reports annually, and assisted in converting over half to contract projects for the firm.•	Responsible for designing visual and copy content for the company website, any advertisements, and all collateral. In 2010, managed and produced a video ad campaign highlighting a completed LEED registered project.
