Jennifer Charlton is a communications and branding professional with a wealth of experience in digital and social media and public affairs. Her background in Public Diplomacy and expertise in Digital Diplomacy has earned her a leadership role at the Digital Diplomacy Coalition. Jennifer has previously worked at advertising agencies in New York and a social media analytics startup in San Francisco. Her interest in international relations, national security, and humanitarian affairs has seen her work at organizations like the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency, World Food Program USA, Consulate General of Switzerland in New York, and more.

Jennifer studied for a BS and AAS, Cum Laude and Magna Cum Laude, respectively, in Advertising and Marketing Communications at the Fashion Institute of Technology. Additionally, she underwent study abroad at the American University of Rome.
