Sheila B. Connor is an accomplished attorney with substantial experience in the Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical industries. She has worked in all areas of pharmaceuticals, including commercial, compliance, research and development, and manufacturing and supply chain management. Her background as a pharmacist and litigation specialist make her particularly well-suited for leveraging legal and pharmaceutical expertise to balance risk while creating solutions that drive profitable business outcomes.

As an executive-level attorney, Connor has established and managed high-functioning, client-focused legal teams that have increased efficiency and effectiveness. Her experience includes leading implementation of Black Box on marketed prescription drug products and re-engineering processes that led to a reduction in time to final approval and an increase in first-time quality product. She has also shown expertise in leading Clinical Research teams that have led to more efficient and effective outcomes.

In addition to her legal background, Connor has extensive experience in Privacy and Crisis Management and Communications Strategies. She has led Global Privacy offices and networks and has managed legal issues on drug market withdrawals and congressional inquiries, including public relations efforts and communications planning.
