I Co-Founded Mobicules in May 2007. This career transition was motivated by:

Mobicules is a web and mobile applications development company in Noida, India with extensive capabilities at conceptualizing, designing, developing and maintaining mobile, web, business and facebook applications. Having excellent in-house QA and design teams, Mobicules provides end-to-end solutions to develop applications of any scale and sophistication. My key Achievements at Mobicules:

•	Took my entrepreneurial venture to significant size, revenues & profit within third year of operations itself
•	Devised and implemented the business development, hiring and marketing strategy for the company
•	Created and lead high performing Mobile and Web Applications team
•	Played a key role in setting up the project delivery processes
•	Managed and delivered 18 projects for the clients during the first 30 months of setting up the company
•	Visited 8 campuses of premier engineering schools in India to build an A-Star Team
•	Created and empowered a self-sufficient operations and delivery team to give myself an opportunity to focus on other aspects of the business
•       Designed and implemented all aspects of a marketing strategy including initiating direct sales, establishing a sales channel, creating partnerships, and developing collateral materials

Worked on challenging problems in digital circuits optimization and verification technologies over here. From core technology point of view this is place where I really learnt to approach complex problems and come up with solutions.

More specifically, I worked on the design and development of their hardware (rtl) synthesis tool which is a compiler written in C++ to translate verilog/vhdl hardware descriptions to low level hardware descriptions. 
 
I have technical and product management experience having worked on building software that has:
- millions of lines of code, written by a 20 people team over years
- consisting of many blocks and modules, implementing very complex functionalities

Worked on the design of a 3G dual standard compatible baseband transceiever ASIC. Was awarded in The IEEE International VLSI design contest - 2003 for the ASIC design I created at VLSI Lab @ IIT Kharagpur.
