Ilya Kulakov is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance. With over 10 years of diverse professional experience, Kulakov has proven himself to be a result-oriented leader, technical generalist, and facilitator with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments. He is a strategist and has excelled in all areas of finance, including budgeting, financial management & analysis, tax & financial accounting, investments, risk management, business process automation, and much more.

Kulakov is an economics and management graduate from Moscow State Mining University and holds a Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) from ACCA. He is currently studying for a certificate in progress with ACCA. Additionally, Kulakov holds an honours degree in Geological Engineering from Moscow State Mining University.

Before joining Onpoint as CFO, Kulakov held numerous senior positions, including CFO at Plataforma Empresa, Head of FP&A (Planning and Economic Department) at Transugstroy, Head of FP&A (Planning and Economic Department) at Glavmosstroy Corporation, Financial Controller of the Olympic projects (Sochi) at Glavmosstroy Corporation, and Lead Economist at Glavmosstroy Corporation.
