Edric Har is a highly skilled and experienced chef and culinary marketing professional. He obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baruch College and also studied Culinary Arts at Institute of Culinary Education. He has worked for several reputable organizations such as Union Square Events, where he held the position of Associate Director of Culinary Operations, and was also the Chef de Cuisine. He was Chef and Owner of Essential Catering, and Brooklyn Wok Shop, respectively. In addition, he was once the Sous Chef and Lead Event Chef at DM Cuisine Ltd, amongst other excellent positions. He has a passion for developing and testing new recipes and innovative culinary techniques, which he honed working as a Line Cook at Le Bernardin and Cru. He has also worked for Oliver Cheng Catering and Events as a Development and Testing chef.
