Alexander Giftthaler is a seasoned senior leader with over two decades of B2C general management, sales, and marketing experience in major corporations across Europe, Asia, and Australia. With a notable background in FMCG, food, tobacco, consumer electronics, white goods, and premium household products, he has developed extensive expertise in strategy and execution, transformational change, talent management, P&L management, and organization design. Alexander holds an Executive MBA in business administration and management from MIP-Politecnico Di Milano and has also completed several master's degrees in business administration, international management, and finance from leading Italian universities.

Alexander's career highlights include his tenure as Managing Director & Amministratore Delegato at Tempur Sealy International, where he led successful turnarounds at country, regional, and global levels, as well as his role as Partner - Executive Management Consulting at Avanta Partners BV. He has also held top leadership positions at Fiskars Group, Philips, JTI, Mondelēz International, Whirlpool Corporation, and Electrolux, with teams ranging from 30 to 1000 employees and businesses from €15 up to €250 MM. Throughout his career, Alexander has consistently achieved revenues, market share, brand equity, and profitability targets through inspiring leadership, integrity, and passion.
