Wing-Yee Cheung has a decade of research experience in the fields of cardiovascular, orthopedics, and stem cell therapies. She holds a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and has studied Applied Clinical Research. Cheung currently serves as a research scientist at panCELLa and has previously worked in the Arthritis Program at Toronto Western Hospital and the Bone and Joint Laboratory at City University of New York. In addition to publishing her research, she has experience teaching and leading research teams. Cheung has also worked as a contract administrator for the Ministry of Community and Social Services and as a laboratory technician for The York School.
