Chris Donovan brings over 20 years of experience in the consulting and staffing industry as an accomplished leader. His expertise covers Sales, Recruiting, Operations, and Technology business groups, where he has managed and developed business strategies, implemented organizational health strategies, and architected technology solutions to increase the margin percentage in a hyper-competitive marketplace.
With a degree in Landscape Architecture from Iowa State University, Chris has led, designed, and innovated all sales and recruiting processes to grow a startup company to $25 million in revenue, over 200 in headcount, and sales in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and the UK at CyberSearch. He has also hired, trained, and coached business development, account management, sales, and operational staff while developing sales collaterals.
