Global Product Development, Cosmetic Effect Pigments at BASF

Serve as technical expert for all color cosmetic formulations, especially in collaborating with contract manufacturers to achieve reformulations in response to evolving regulatory and market drivers

Manage and ensure quality of all reformulated color formulas, monitoring visual and textural attributes as well as physical stability, packaging compatibility, and regulatory compliance; troubleshoot technical issues with manufacturers as needed
