Lalithra Fernando is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in computer science, film production, and nonprofit management. She studied BSE in Computer Science and Film at Princeton University, where she honed her skills in programming, visual storytelling, and project management. Lalithra began her career in the film industry as a Production Assistant at Bad Robot Productions, where she learned the ins and outs of producing films and television shows. She continued to work in film production at Chops Films, where she served as a Post Production Supervisor and eventually rose to the position of Producer.

Lalithra’s passion for giving back to her community led her to serve as the President of the Board of the Buck Scholars Association and later as a board member. During her tenure, she helped the organization raise funds to provide scholarships to deserving students who demonstrated leadership and a commitment to community service.

After working in the film industry for several years, Lalithra shifted her focus to technology and worked at Microsoft as a Program Manager for Hyper-V and Instrumentation and Diagnostic Tools. Her experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams made her a valuable asset to the company. She co-founded BAY 51, a company that specializes in providing technical solutions to businesses and organizations.
