Emily Clay is a successful account executive and media professional with extensive experience in ad agency account management and media, as well as a passion for diversity, equity and inclusion. She has achieved success in developing custom ideas for Fortune 500 companies and creating new business revenue, with a career that spans Seattle, San Francisco, and Portland. Emily has worked with notable clients such as Sephora, Sony, HP, Microsoft, Adobe, Chevron, Charles Schwab, Visa, Abbott Labs, Wells Fargo and First Republic Bank.

Emily has expertise in digital media, including mobile, video, content strategy, content creation, native, DR, acquisition, lead generation, and custom research. Her passion for UX research and human behavior led her to speak at IIex Research Conference on "Artificial Intelligence & the Impact on Journalism." She co-founded illume hire, a company focused on improving diversity and equality in the tech industry. Emily was also a co-lead for marketing at Age Equity Alliance, an organization dedicated to supporting intergenerational teams.
