He has a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Computing from Macquarie University and advertising and digital marketing certificates from TAFE NSW and the Australian Marketing Institute. Franki has worked for leading companies, including The Coca-Cola Company and AMP Financial Services, where he held several high-profile roles, such as Co-founder and Marketing Director, Senior User Experience Designer, and Innovation & Design Strategy Consultant.

Franki is an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Finalist specializing in helping startups and established companies apply an experimental mindset through learning organization and leveraging tools like Open Innovation, Lean Startup, and Design Thinking. He has launched several early-stage startups such as mockupmytattoo.com, spaceble.com, and DatingCompanion, an app that helps couples keep their romance alive. Currently, Franki is the Co-founder and Chief Operations Officer of HIVERY, a data science company reshaping retail with data leveraging Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, and Design.
