Henrique Flores

Henrique Flores is a former artistic gymnast with over 20 years of experience representing Brazil and the city of São Caetano do Sul in various international competitions such as the World Cups, Pan American Games, and South American Championships. Through his athletic career, he gained valuable insights into discipline, teamwork, respect, leadership, and the importance of seizing opportunities and appreciating those who believe in one's abilities.

In terms of education, Henrique holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Big Data from FIAP and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control Engineering from IMT - Mauá - Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia.

His professional experience includes roles such as Senior Planning Analyst at B2W Digital and past positions as Supervisor of Control Tower, Process Analyst, and Trainee at IS Entrega. Additionally, he has a background as an athlete at the Brazilian Gymnastics Confederation and the SERC Santa Maria - SCS sports club.
