Mike Huang is a highly skilled machine learning engineer with expertise in biological sciences and healthcare. He graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a degree in Neuroscience and later earned a Master's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Southern California. He also completed a Nanodegree in Machine Learning Engineering at Udacity and a Data Science Specialization at Coursera. Mike has a passion for leveraging computational and statistical tools to improve health outcomes. His skill set includes building end-to-end pipelines for biomedical imaging, super-resolution microscopy, NGS data analysis, and dynamical modeling of biomedical signals. He has worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at the Genome Institute of Singapore and as a Bioinformatics Specialist. He has also taken on various roles such as being a Tutor at Art of Problem Solving, a Research Assistant at USC Center for Neural Engineering, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Dendritic Spine Morphology Laboratory UC Riverside.
