Sarah Dillard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the education industry, having held executive roles in various organizations. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Kennedy School, where she earned her Master of Business Administration and Public Policy degrees, respectively. Additionally, Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Duke University.

Prior to her current role as Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Kaleidoscope, Sarah held numerous leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Student Operations and Marketing and Admissions at Quad Learning, Inc. She was also the Chief Executive Officer at SPD Advisory, a position that gave her an opportunity to exercise her skills in developing an organization's strategic direction. Sarah's other notable positions include Research Associate at Harvard Business School Executive Education, Advisor to the Minister at Mideplan, and Governance Advisor at Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative.

Before she delved into the education industry, Sarah was an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, where she honed her skills in management consulting. Her experience also features her role as the Chief of Staff at The National Math and Science Initiative, where her responsibilities included managing budgets, strategic planning, and operational efficiency.
