Mirjana Dimc Perko is a globally-oriented executive with extensive experience in finance and investment. She has managed the financial functions of large conglomerates and investment fund companies, using her corporate governance, M&A, and strategic thinking skills to make critical decisions. Mirjana has board experience from directorships on company as well as external boards and excels at developing productive relationships between board, executive management, and other stakeholders. She is result-driven, confident in handling people and problems, and possesses all the qualities of a poised and extroverted leader.

A Harvard Business School Alumnus (AMP) and IEDC Bled School of Management (MBA Cum Laude), Mirjana is skilled in enterprise valuation, corporate and strategic finance, business restructuring, financial markets and investor relations, innovation, and R&D support.

Currently, she is the Founder and CEO of InCon, an Investment and Management Consulting company. Previously, she worked as Advisor to the CEO and Chairman at Gorenje Group and served as CFO and Management Board Member at Gorenje, d.d. She also served as Vice president, Director Triglav Steber I at Triglav, a fund management company.
