- Drive the commercial success of BlackRock’s $107bn Global Credit platform by acting as a conduit between portfolio management teams and the firm’s global client network, including both retail and institutional client segments •	Develop and execute a on cross-region, multi-client channel business development plan for the Leveraged Finance platform (i.e. high yield, banks loans, CLOs, and multi-strategy) based on competitor analysis and feedback from sales colleagues•	Partner with global sales consultants across the US, EMEA, APAC, and Latin America to position Leveraged Finance product offerings – multi-year efforts have contributed to $50bn in organic AUM growth over 10 years globally •	Oversee planning and execution of the US team’s international client strategy spanning Europe, Asia, and Latin America•	Communicate and synthesize major credit market trends as well as key investment views and positioning themes across client mandates and structures •	Maintain and strengthen relationships (retention) and pursue new business opportunities (fundraising) by leading investor calls/meetings, participating in global roadshows, producing quality content, and educating clients on global credit markets  •	Collaborate with global client and internal marketing teams to create effective region-specific sales collateral •	Publish and complete a series of periodic investment commentaries and oversee production of DDQs, RFIs and other communication pieces to increase brand awareness, but also update investors on major capital market and credit themes •	Assist in global credit product development and launches; recent offerings include Fixed Maturity High Yield, Sustainability/ESG, and Public/Private solutions
