Cole is an experienced Director of Program Development specializing in guest lecturing, nonprofit organizations, church consulting, pastoral counseling, and speaking engagements. With a Master of Arts in Human Services from Liberty University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Construction Management from Texas Tech University, Cole also earned a Doctorate of Divinity at St. James Theological Seminary. Cole currently serves as the Chief Executive Director at Read2Win, Inc after previously holding executive-level positions at Community Area Partners dba Polytechnic Renewal Initiative and Tarrant Net. Additionally, Cole also served as Senior Pastor and Executive Director at Revealed Word Ministries.
