Ric Williams is a versatile executive who has made his mark in various industries such as marketing, advertising, sales, and software. He has led large commercial engagements and operational excellence efforts across the globe. Williams has impressive accomplishments in product development, budget management, and community management, with extensive experience in brand relaunch and new IP development.

Williams holds a graduate diploma from Monash University and an undergraduate degree from the University of South Australia. He is a managing director at ZGM Modern Marketing Partners' Edmonton office and has previously served as president of Hungry Moose Games Inc. and executive in residence at TEC Edmonton. He has also been a board member in several organizations where he contributed his expertise.

Williams has held executive positions in Empire Avenue Inc., starting as the chief operating officer and eventually as the VP of business development & strategy. He began his career as a marketing communications manager at Motorola.
