Gianpiero Scire is a driven and results-oriented Senior Director of Operations & Enablement at Carta. He joined the company as their 15th employee, formerly known as eShares, and has developed an ops mindset that has allowed him to excel in his current role. With his maniacal focus to execute and win, Gianpiero has proven himself an invaluable asset to Carta's success.

Gianpiero earned his BS in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, at San Jose State University. He has worked in various roles, including Director of Services for both Private and Public Markets, Implementations Lead for Private Markets, and Operations Manager at Carta. Before joining Carta, his experience includes Branch Manager at U.S. Bank, Sr. Licensed Banker at JPMorgan Chase, and Banker / Authorized Officer at Bank of America.
