Sree Rao is a seasoned audit professional with a remarkable 25-year tenure encompassing various audit domains like financial, operational, information systems, third party/captive service provider, cloud, privacy, and forensic reviews.

With a background in B.Com Accounting from the University of Kerala and certifications in Certified Public Accountant (AICPA) and Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Sree possesses a strong educational foundation in accounting and audit.

Sree Rao has held key positions at renowned organizations like EY and Juniper Networks, where roles such as Director of Technology Risk, Senior Manager, and Director of Corporate Internal Audit reflected his expertise and leadership in the audit domain.

Prior to his roles at EY and Juniper Networks, Sree gained valuable experience as a Manager at Pricewaterhouse Coopers and Lovelock and Lewes, further solidifying his reputation as a proficient audit professional.

Beyond his professional career, Sree Rao is deeply passionate about driving social change through empowerment initiatives when not dedicating his time to work.
