Kathleen Cross is an experienced executive, educator, and author with over 15 years of diverse higher education experience. Cross currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of KelmscotEDU, a higher education consulting firm, and as a Professor at Bay Path University in the Higher Education Administration Graduate Program. She is a former Vice President of Enrollment, Chief Technology Officer, and Dean of Studies Abroad with a wealth of knowledge in enrollment management, information technology, institutional research, student success, international program development, study abroad, engaged learning, strategic planning, residence life, and research administration.

Cross holds a Doctoral degree in Higher Education Administration from Saint Louis University and Master's degrees from California State University and the University of Cincinnati. She is also well-versed in several languages, having studied Spanish at Saint Louis University - Madrid, French at Institut de Touraine, and Italian at Scuola Leonardo da Vinci. Cross's professional experience in teaching and executive roles extends beyond higher education, including corporate and healthcare organizations.

Cross is a frequent national speaker and published author who has lived in several countries and has experience serving mono- and multilingual populations as a former bilingual speech-language pathologist. She also served as a director and part-owner of a successful medical device/technology company.
