Patrick Johnson is an accomplished development professional and former pastor with a passion for community outreach, sales, and interpersonal relationships. Johnson holds degrees from Moody Bible Institute-Spokane, Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, and Western Seminary, and has experience working with organizations ranging from Shoes-n-Feet to Sund's Lodge.

Johnson’s most recent professional experience comes from his role as Director of Development at Mission Springs Camps and Conference Center. There, he used his skills to build rapport with donors and generate sales that helped support the mission of the organization. Prior to that, he served as Church and Community Relations Director at Luis Palau Association, Assistant to the Owner at Sund’s Lodge, and Estate Manager at Renee J Heinz LLC.

Throughout his career, Johnson has developed expertise in conflict resolution, marketing and promotions, project management, strategic thinking, staff management, and public speaking. In his work as Associate Pastor at Northview Bible Church and Junior High Youth Director, Johnson honed his written communication skills and ability to reach diverse audiences.

In his free time, Johnson enjoys serving as a volunteer for Young Life and spending time in the outdoors with his family. He’s also an avid reader and enjoys studying the Bible and other religious texts.
