Pascal Baker is a seasoned executive with a strong entrepreneurial drive and a passion for start-up and scale-up ventures. Mr. Baker co-founded Symphony Ventures, a leading player in the Intelligent Automation Market, where he served as a strategic advisor for several years before embarking on new entrepreneurial endeavors. Mr. Baker has a deep understanding of solution sales, sales management, and channel sales models, as well as experience running cross-functional teams and leading senior managers. He also has a strong interest in outsourcing, customer relationship management, and the use of global delivery models.

Mr. Baker is a graduate of Pate's Grammar School in Cheltenham and holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Middlesex University, as well as a DESEM/BA in European Business Management from KEDGE Business School. Over the years, he has held various leadership positions in companies such as Emergence Partners Ltd, RPA Supervisor, XpertRule Software, Capgemini, Mphasis, British Telecom, Aspective, Infogain, Princeton Consulting, and Fairchild Semiconductor, among others.

On top of his professional accomplishments, Mr. Baker is also a mediocre long-distance triathlete who enjoys pushing the limits and testing his physical endurance. He is a true global citizen who speaks several languages fluently.
