Alejandro Trejos is a highly experienced and knowledgeable labor lawyer, specializing in providing consultancy services for companies operating in Central America and Panama. Holding a Master's degree in Labor and Social Security from Universidad Estatal a Distancia, Alejandro has spent more than two decades in the field and has developed an in-depth understanding of complex topics such as post-contractual non-competition, confidentiality agreements, and the protection of undisclosed information. He has also authored two theses, one focusing on the non-competition clause in Costa Rican labor law, and the other on the application of employee publications in social networks.

Alejandro has been a teacher at the Labor Law Professorship of the Law Faculty of the University of Costa Rica, further refining his expertise in the field.
