Elad Hollander is an accomplished entrepreneur, lecturer, and consultant whose passion for technology and education has driven his career. Hollander holds both a B.Sc in Computer Science and an M.A in Philosophy, Information, and Digital Culture from Tel Aviv University in Israel.

Before throwing himself entirely into his own startup pursuits, Hollander worked in several managerial and developmental roles within top companies in the tech industry. He eventually turned to lecturing and consulting, focusing his efforts on the practical implementation of Game Theory and "Wisdom of the Crowd" concepts in business practices.

Hollander's impressive track record includes co-founding and serving as CEO at both SmarterTV, a live video engagement platform, and Megaschool, an LMS platform for teacher collaboration. While SmarterTV ultimately didn't take off as planned, Megaschool now powers hundreds of schools across Israel and is preparing to expand beyond the country's borders.

These experiences have given Hollander a unique blend of skills, perspectives, and interests that he uses to drive his current role as Co-Founder and President at Challenge, an organization dedicated to facilitating personal and professional growth for youth.
