Tom Tsongas is a seasoned leader and developer with over two decades of experience building complex applications for top industry players such as Symantec, Veritas, and Broadcom. He is an expert in developing and scaling process and tools, agile and waterfall frameworks, project/program management, and technical and project management training. Tom is also skilled in delivering winning presentations and strong oral and written communication. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering from Western University.

Tom has held various positions throughout his career, including Principal Program Manager, Program Management & Engineering Development, and Senior Manager of Program Management Agile Coaching. In his most recent role as Sr. Principal Program Manager of the Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) at Broadcom, he is responsible for ensuring security and incident responses for the organization.
