Yao Morin, Ph.D. is a technical executive with a diverse background in application engineering, platform engineering, data engineering, data platform, ML platform, data science, data analytics, machine learning, and BI reporting. With an educational background in electrical engineering and information engineering, Morin has developed extensive expertise in building modern data-driven product development organizations and cultures in Fortune 500 companies.

In addition to his current role as the leader of JLL’s Data Strategy, Morin is also the co-founder of InvestInData. Throughout his career, he has held positions such as Chief Data Officer and Head of Engineering at JLLT Revenue, Chief Data Officer & US Head of Engineering at StubHub, and Head of Data Science, Consumer Group and Strategic Partner Group at Intuit.

Before joining the corporate world, Morin held positions as a Research Scientist and Laboratory Instructor at the University of Minnesota. He is a former Science Advisor at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi L.L.P. and has experience as a researcher and technical assistant at Siemens.
