Emily Rhodes is an accomplished retail specialist with extensive experience in vertical and third-party merchandising.

Emily pursued her education at Boston College, where she studied BA in the Arts and Science Honors Program majoring in Psychology. She also studied at Università degli Studi di Parma.

Throughout her career, Emily has held prominent roles in various organizations. She has contributed her skills and knowledge as Merchandising Beauty at The RealReal and has a history of engagement with SEPHORA, where she served as Brand Mentor for SEPHORA Accelerate, Category and Brand Manager for Clean Skincare, Wellness, and CBD, Associate Merchant, and Assistant Merchant.

Prior to her roles at SEPHORA, Emily gained valuable experience at Abercrombie & Fitch, where she served as Associate Merchant, Assistant Merchant, and was enrolled in the Merchandising Leadership Development Program.
