Erica Winberry is an accomplished Software Developer who has a passion for utilizing technology to help individuals enhance their quality of life. She holds a Certificate in Python Programming from the University of Washington, as well as a Software Development Apprentice Journeyman Certification from the Washington Technology Industry Association. Erica further honed her skills by earning a Certificate in Advanced Software Development in iOS from Code Fellows. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Arts in History and European Studies/Civilization from the University of Washington, along with a Graduate School degree in Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Erica has a diverse and interesting background, having worked in various capacities throughout her career. She is currently a Software Engineer at Microsoft, where she works on developing software that helps individuals interact with their environment seamlessly. Previously, Erica was a Lead Teaching Assistant at Code Fellows and an Editor at Aquent. She was also a Vail Project Assistant (Intern) at Wunsch Conservation Laboratory, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Graduate Education Services Advisor at the University of Washington Graduate School.
Erica's interests are not limited to software development but extend to other fields as well. She is a Diploma of Bookbinding holder from the North Bennet Street School and has previously worked as a Program Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Public Health, a Teaching Assistant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Public Health, a Text Editor at The Write Stuff, and a Web Developer 1 (Contract) at Volt Technical Resources.
