Adi Gigi
Adi Gigi, a graduate of Stanford University Graduate School of Business, is transforming the world with Tesla by promoting sustainable energy and autonomous driving. Adi began her journey by joining the IDF's elite programming school MAMRAM, after which she joined the navy and became the first woman in navy history to earn an electronics officer degree. As a ship commander, she supervised a team of 20 who were responsible for maintaining all defense systems on-board.
Adi's passion for creating and leading has led her to found two award-winning social organizations and serve as a policy advisor for the Israeli Prime Minister. Her work in the office involved adopting best practices and localizing policies for Israel's socio-economic challenges.
In 2016, Adi received the Eisenhower Fellowship for her excellent leadership skills. During her time at Stanford, Adi founded a data analytics start-up which sought to eliminate downtime using predictive maintenance AI.
