With a background serving on both outside and inside counsels for Boards and executives of public companies, Stewart has built a career focused on clear communication in 'plain English.'

Stewart Landefeld holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. from Yale University.

Throughout his career, Stewart has been actively involved in various organizations, including serving as Chair of the Board of Directors at the Seattle Art Museum and holding positions such as Immediate Past President and Immediate Past Chair on the Boards of Directors of organizations like Plymouth Housing Group and Perkins Coie LLP.

He has also been engaged with the Greater Seattle Chamber of Commerce as a Trustee and Executive Committee Member, held roles at Washington Mutual, Inc. as Interim Chief Legal Officer, Interim Chief Compliance Officer, Executive Vice President, among others, and served on the Board of Directors at the Seattle Symphony Foundation.
