Currently performing duties as a SPIFR/NVG EC-145 Instructor Pilot with the Geisinger Health System at the Life Flight #3 Base in Northeastern Pennsylvania. Formerly the program's chief pilot assisting hospital management in acquiring a new FAA Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate in November 2012. Tasks included writing initial publications such as the Compliance Statement, Operations Manual, Operations Specifications for HAA Operations, and a tailored in-house Training Program. Also conducted selection and interviews of new-hire pilots. Assisted Era Helicopters in the transition and archiving of pilot records until the closure of Era MED LLC and the Air Carrier Certificate, formerly known as Keystone Helicopter Corporation.

Flight operations transporting critical care patients between facilities throughout the Northeast United States. Experienced in all aspects of HEMS operations including inter-facility transfer of critical-care, neo-natal, and trauma patients. Also operating from remote accident on-scene locations in mountainous terrain in all weather conditions, day and night, single-pilot-IFR, & w/NVGs. Regional distributor for McDonnell Douglas Helicopter Systems and Schweizer Aircraft Corporation, throughout Florida, the Caribbean, and Latin America.  Daily activities involved buying and selling new and used helicopters, parts, and service. Numerous aircraft sales worldwide.

Managed flight and maintenance activities at the company’s home base in Opa Locka, Florida.  Assisted new owners in reorganizing the company’s flight department. Tasks included renewing company’s air carrier certificate, rewriting training and operations manuals, flying missions such as ferrying, sightseeing, video production and photography and executive/VIP transport.
