Oleg Byakhov is a Government and Regulatory Affairs Executive at IBM, currently focused on expanding the technology business of an established US-based company throughout Russia. With four years of experience working for the Russian Government, Oleg has restructured the ICT industry and the country's digital transformation environment. He has close connections with various government agencies such as the Expert Council under the Government of the Russian Federation and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. He leverages his position to provide thought leadership through guest lectures and public speaking engagements at the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management, Sberbank Corporate University, and other leading business education institutions in Russia. Oleg is a member of the Board of Trustees of Southern Federal University, his alma mater. He holds a Master of Sc. in Theoretical Logic from Южный Федеральный Университет.
