Joseph Cogan, a seasoned software professional, has built an impressive career leading technical teams and delivering unique and innovative solutions for a diverse set of clients. His extensive background in architecture and technology has enabled him to translate complex business roadmaps into actionable plans that ultimately end up as production-ready software.

Having worked in various capacities at both TEKsystems and Real Time Intelligence, Joseph has honed his skills in Agile practices (SCRUM, XP, kanban, Lean, SAFe, DAD, CI/CD, TDD), .NET, Web Services (SOAP, REST), MS SQL Server, and Oracle DB. His experience in delivering high-quality software products by leading onsite, onshore, near-shore, and offshore technical teams from project inception to final delivery has been recognized at various stages in his career.

As Chief Delivery Officer at Real Time Intelligence, Joseph is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple software products for a diverse set of clients. Prior to this role, he held several positions at TEKsystems, including Technical Services Manager / Senior Delivery Manager, Solution Executive, Lead Solutions Architect, and Application Architect - TransCanada. Additionally, Joseph has worked in several other roles, including Solutions Architect at Real Time Intelligence, Application Development Manager at CBIZ Technologies, LLC, and Manufacturing Engineering Tech. at The Swagelok Company.

Joseph holds a degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Cleveland State University and has previously studied at Richmond Heights High School.
